For over a decade we have endeavored to bring the best in soccer training and program management to the island.

Our philosophy:

Low coach / student ratios.

A ratio of 12 to 14 kids per coach is, we feel, is ideal,.and
we generally use more coaches as sessions grow in size.

Appropriate coaching methods.

We ensure the equipment is appropriate – for example not only 
does every trainee have a ball at his feet at every coaching session,
but that it is an appropriate size ball. Also we ensure that the
coaching subjects and the intensity of the coaching drills are
appropriate to the age and ability of the students.

Appropriate team games.

For kids under 12 years of age, we emphasise small-sided games
rather than 11-a-side games. This, we feel, provides a far better
context in which young players can learn the basics of dribbling,
passing, shoot ing and tackling. For the older trainees, we will teach
them 11-a-side play and strategies.

Football is fun

Our football programs aim to make football fun. We believe that a
child must enjoy his or her football if they are to reach their
potential; so we make sure they enjoy themselves.

Football is more than what happens on the training pitch

Our coaching extends beyond the playing field – we also provide 
instructional video analysis. Look for more instructional video content on this site in the near future. Also while we are committed to skills
 based programmes, we do encourage a healthy mix of competitive
 games, both as an intra and inter-school activity. And while we try
 to be as competitive as possible, we try never to lose sight of
teaching proper sporting values to the children in our charge.



Our Commitment to Quality

Little League believes in providing coaching of the highest quality. Our
coaching is a skills-based programme. We use a tried and tested
 syllabus that we have developed for this region. In addition, we use professionally qualified coaches because we believe in starting
 our kids with proper basic training and fundamentals. Our coaches reflect this commitment to quality. Our staff of star coaches includes ex-M League Player of the Year, Darren
Stewart , and ESPN/ Star Sports football pundit Paul Masefield. among others
